Regular Care

A & T provides highly trained carers to support you to complete daily activities in the comfort of your own home for however long you need them, from 30min to 12 hours per day.

Everyone is different, with different needs which is why we take the time to carefully match carers to those who require care, ensuring you have a carer who suits both your needs and personality. A&T provides Domiciliary Care Professionals who visit your, or your loved one’s home, providing care for everything from dementia, a physical disability, mental health issue or just a helping hand when living alone may be something you now need support with.

As well as help with day-to-day tasks, our qualified and assured carers provide necessary companionship, as well as emotional support.

What is Regular Care?

Regular care refers to a range of supporting activities and levels of expertise a carer can offer in the home. Care can be provided to anyone at any stage in life.

This could include:

  • Help with day-to-day tasks, like cleaning, washing and cooking
  • Assistance with personal care, like bathing and dressing
  • Motivation to keep an active lifestyle and advice on exercise
  • Companionship and emotional support

If you are a family member or friend providing regular support for a loved one, introducing regular care can provide necessary respite for you. Compassionate and trained carers ensure peace of mind for you, as well as additional support for your loved one. We ensure family members are kept well-informed of their loved one’s care plan and aim to fit in with your existing routine.
