Supported Living for People with Complex Mental Health Needs

Encouraging independence, supporting stability — every step of the way

Our supported living services offer safe, structured, and person-led support for individuals living with complex mental health conditions. Whether transitioning from hospital, managing long-term conditions, or needing help to live independently, we provide tailored support that promotes recovery, wellbeing and stability — without compromising autonomy.

We support individuals living with:

  • Schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, PTSD, depression, and anxiety
  • Personality disorders or dual diagnoses, including substance misuse
  • Challenges with daily living, routines or tenancy responsibilities
  • Past experiences of hospital admission or residential care
  • Risks of relapse, isolation, or disengagement from services

Our supported living care includes:

Daily living support, such as personal care, meals, medication and budgeting

Mental health-focused care planning, including relapse prevention

Access to community services, education, work, or social groups

Encouragement of routine, structure and self-management

Flexible levels of support – from a few visits per week to 24/7 on-site assistance

Collaborative working with CMHTs, housing associations and family members

Every individual is supported at their own pace. We believe in recovery, not restrictions — and in building trusting relationships that enable long-term stability and growth. Support plans are developed in partnership, empowering clients to take charge of their lives while knowing help is always close by.

If you’re exploring supported living options for yourself or someone else, our team is here to advise, guide and support.
